What we collect
When you submit an RFQ, we collect the contact, company, market, product, quantity, delivery, commercial scope, compliance requirements, reference links and project information you provide. We may also record the landing page, referring page and campaign parameters used to reach the form.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your request, compare appropriate manufacturing options, respond to you, prepare an approved quotation, manage samples and orders, prevent abuse and improve our business development process.
Access and sharing
Access is limited to authorized group personnel and service providers needed to operate the website and sales process. We do not sell RFQ contact information. Information may be shared among relevant group entities only when required to evaluate, quote or fulfill the project.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, legal obligations, dispute prevention and operational records. We use access controls and protected systems, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
